I’ve never been to your gym, will I be able to do the workouts?

While we’re known for delivering tough workouts in-studio, these at-home workouts will be designed so almost anyone can do them. The beauty of our programming is there is always a less intense option for you. Coaches will give suggestions in the On-Demand classes as much as possible but if you feel you’ll need modifications, we encourage you to try one of the Interactive options. Before starting this or ANY workout program, we recommend you consult with a health professional.

What equipment will i need?

You will be able to participate in the workouts without any extra equipment. If you have makeshift weights (e.g. duffel bag filled with goodies, jars of pasta sauce, etc) you can use items/furniture around the house. However, if you have or are able to obtain a set of dumbbells (mid weight) and/or resistance bands, you’ll be able to use those as well.

What technology will I need?

Interactive classes are optimal with the use of a laptop (with a camera). All classes will be available with simply the use of a smart phone.

What about couples?

We don’t offer a couples rate but anybody who can see your screen is welcome to join the class with you. We love seeing you working out with your family and/or fur babies!

can i apply my autopay or credits i already have to this?

As of March 16th, we have put all autopays, classes, private sessions, and credits on hold. We’ve developed these new offerings to keep you active and connected, and to stay afloat so we have a gym to return to. Once we are able to resume in-studio classes, we will pick your account up right where it left off. We’ll ensure you get the time and credits you already paid for. We will do our best to make this process go as smoothly as possible.

What if i can’t afford this right now?

We know some people have been hit especially hard by this crisis. We feel so strongly that exercise is vitally important during self-isolation, that we want to be able to offer it to everybody, regardless of their current financial situation. What if I’m having technical difficulties during a class?

While we hope this doesn’t happen, we expect that it will from time to time. We do ask for your patience when it comes to technical issues. Our Stay Fit Club is not only brand new to us, but it’s meant to be a temporary solution. We’ll be relying on outside services and infrastructure and things may not work perfectly every time.  

What if I don’t want to be seen but i still want to take an interactive class?

You will have the option to hide your screen. However, keep in mind that the coach will no longer to provide coaching assistance to you while you’re hidden.
