Serious Fitness. Monday through Thursday, we use a targeted approach to total fitness. By focusing on one area of the body per day, we're able to increase the intensity and give you proper rest before we do it again the following week. Weekends are total body days to work you from head to toe.
Serious Fun. Our coaches and members are a "work hard, play hard" group of people. We never take ourselves too seriously. We love a crushing workout, but we also love to have a good time. Pre-COVID-19, you’d catch us hosting live DJ workouts, Happy Hours, Brunch Workouts, and get-togethers outside of the gym and we can’t wait to get back to doing those things!
Drew Coleman is the owner of Skybox. He loves teaching classes and working with clients one-on-one. Drew brings a laid back, but firm approach to coaching. Bring your A-game, do the best you can, and let Drew guide you through some of the toughest and most rewarding workouts of your life.
Steven Nicholas is a coach and General Manager at Skybox. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is currently getting a certificate in Corrective Exercise. Steven brings a positive, upbeat energy to his classes and clients. He loves helping people reach fitness levels they never thought imaginable.
Missy Dietrich is a coach and Studio Manager at our St. Louis Park location. She left “Corporate America” after 16 years to pursue a career in fitness and joined the Skybox coaching staff in 2018. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, has additional NASM certification in Senior Fitness (ages 60+), Mental Toughness as well as a TRX certification and RRCA Running Coach certification. She’s tough but likes to make sure you have fun in her classes.
Nick Pfantz started at Skybox as a member…just like all of our coaches did! When we met this super friendly guy from small town Iowa, we knew we needed him on our team. Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM who loves working out and helping other people reach new heights in their fitness journey.
